The task force will be organized on the basis of key personnel assigned to certain functions for the entire duration of the project.
The key personnel or core members of the task force will include Project Manager, Project Engineer, Lead and Senior Engineers, and Design Supervisor.
Additional personnel for this project will be Discipline Engineers, Designers, CADD Operators, Cost Control/Scheduling, QA\QC, HSE, Administration and Secretarial Support.
Additional personnel will be assigned to the project as needed and will remain on the project team for the duration of their portion of the work.
Specialists will be assigned on an as-needed when-needed basis. The duration of their project involvement will therefore be limited and their efforts will be concentrated within a very narrow timeframe within the project schedule
The task force will normally be divided by discipline with a Lead Engineer responsible for each discipline. Normally this will comprise of the following discipline:
